the staff was helpful.
The gym was too small for a hotel of this caliber. Perhaps 10 square meters? the air felt stale, almost like a damp basement. Ventilation must be improved. the breakfast buffet disappointed. The juices tasted artificial, and pastries seemed mass produced, really not 5-star quality.

The rooftop area has a fantastic pool. I saw a really nice bar with tasty drinks available. The hotel rooms includes a modern design and was very clean. I appreciate the excellent service from everyone on the staff. They was always attentive.
The gym felt somewhat small. More equipment would be great.

The room was clean and modern. I appreciated the minimal design. i had a beautiful bathroom too. rooftop bar was surprisingly good. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions.
the pool had a very tiny space, not suitable for sunbathing at all, i wish it had been bigger
